Below is a brief description of what you can expect when you become a freelance translator for VietransPro:
A wide array of different job types
As a freelance translator, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of different translation tasks. Our clients request everything from legal translations through to the translation of product descriptions, financial reports, criminal records, and much more. We, therefore, need translators who are specialised within different areas of expertise. VietransPro expects you to hold a Master’s degree – although not necessarily in languages or translation. For example, you might have an academic background within the humanities, engineering, medicine, or something else altogether. If you have a background within a specialist subject other than languages or linguistics, your work will be proofread by a trained linguist with a focus on grammar, etc. (without altering specialist terminology unnecessarily).

Even if we may already have translators specialised within the same language pair that you offer, we are nonetheless often in need of additional translators. Several of our clients work within niche industries and we are therefore always interested in establishing relationships with translators who are specialised in particular areas of expertise.
